My experience with Jet Fan installations has been very good.

I had our original fan installed in April of 1994 and had no problems thru the years until it started making loud noises this month.

I called Jet Fan one week and they came out the following week and installed a new fan motor and thermostat in the existing housing.

The new fan is so very quiet and has helped cool down the attic and our living area during a hot spell we had.

I would reccommend Jet Fan installations to anyone needing an attic fan installed without hesitation.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am taking a few minutes today to commend your serviceman, Jeff Tideman. Jeff did a great job adjusting the attic fan at my home. The entire roof was reshingled last month. During the installation of the roof, the roofers must have readjusted the thermostat of the fan because it would not turn off.

The attic fan was installed by your company in 2006. It has a shut off switch. I was able to shut off the fan, but I knew I would need to turn it on when the weather becomes warmer.

Thus my dilemma, and the need for a service call. Jeff climbed on the roof, located the problem, and reset the thermostat to 100 degrees.

Please let Jeff Tideman know that I was well-pleased with the service he provided by adjusting the attic fan.
